To Haiti With Love

HMAC's International Awareness and Involvement Committee is proud to announce our annual To Haiti With Love 5K Walk/Run. A portion of the proceeds from this event benefit The Cynthia M.A. Butler-McIntyre Campus in Cherette, Haiti.

This year, we're happy to host the event in person and expand to include a fun festival. Pack your lawn chairs and bring the entire family for music, games, food trucks, a bounce house, and more!

Did you know?

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Is the sole supporter of the Cynthia M.A. Butler-McIntyre Campus in Cherette, Haiti.

The Sorority supplies all of the children's needs, including teacher salaries, school supplies, meals, etc. Past donations have provided students with uniforms, books, backpacks and PPE (personal protective equipment) during COVID.

9 a.m.: 5K Walk/Run Start
10 a.m. to 12 p.m.: Family Festival

Event Payment

General registration: $45* + processing fee

Includes:

5K Walk/Run registration
Festival admittance
Walk T-shirt (must be registered by March 1, 2025)
Finisher medal (must be registered by March 1, 2025)

Registration is required for the 5K Walk/Run. Registration closes on Saturday, March 8 at 9 a.m. CDT.

*A portion of the event proceeds will benefit the The Cynthia M.A. Butler-McIntyre Campus in Cherette, Haiti.

If you're unable to join us in person or would like to provide additional financial support for the campus in Haiti, donations are welcome. You may support our To Haiti With Love fundraising efforts by providing a general donation.
